Information We Collect From This Website
When you contact us or request information, we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, an optional messaging contact such as a WeChat ID, the content of your message, and the page you submitted it from.
Information We Access From Amazon
When you authorize Quark Marketing to connect to your Amazon selling account through Login with Amazon, we access, under the Product Listing role:
- Your product listing content — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and product attributes
- Product type definitions, so generated copy meets Amazon’s schema and field limits
- Catalog data for your own ASINs, for category context
We do not access personally identifiable information. We do not request or hold restricted Selling Partner API roles. We do not access orders, buyer names, buyer email addresses, shipping addresses, payment information, or tax information.
How We Use Amazon Information
Amazon information is used for one purpose only: to generate listing copy suggestions for the same seller account it came from, and to apply those suggestions back to that account when you approve them. We do not use it for any other seller, for benchmarking, for resale, or for advertising.
We do not use your Amazon data to train AI models. We do not sell, share, resell, or license it to any third party beyond the service providers named below.
Service Providers
To deliver the service we rely on the following providers, and no others:
- OpenAI — listing text is sent to OpenAI’s API to generate copy suggestions. Data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s models.
- Anthropic — listing text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate copy suggestions. Data submitted through the API is not used to train Anthropic’s models.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security filtering, and bot verification. May process your IP address and technical request data.
- Alibaba Cloud — hosting for our website and application servers.
We send these providers only what is needed to perform their function. We do not send them personally identifiable information, because we do not collect any from Amazon.
Storage and Retention
Data is stored on servers we control at Alibaba Cloud. We retain your listing data for the life of your subscription plus 30 days, after which it is deleted. Authorization tokens are deleted immediately when you revoke access.
Revoking Access and Deleting Your Data
You can revoke Quark Marketing’s access to your Amazon selling account at any time from Seller Central, under Apps and Services, without contacting us first. Revoking access stops all further data collection immediately.
To request deletion of data we already hold, email [email protected]. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption in transit. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized team members. We maintain an incident response process, and in the event of a data incident affecting Amazon information we will notify Amazon and affected sellers.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for basic functionality and security verification. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact [email protected].
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we handle Amazon information will be communicated to connected sellers by email.
