What Quark Does

Quark Marketing’s listing optimization tool reads a seller’s existing Amazon product listing content and produces improved title, bullet point, and description copy. Sellers review every suggestion and choose what to apply. Nothing is written back to Amazon unless the seller approves it.

The tool is built for sellers who list in English-language marketplaces but do not write English as a first language, where listing copy is often the weakest part of an otherwise strong product.

How We Use the Selling Partner API

Quark Marketing uses the Amazon Selling Partner API under the Product Listing role, with the seller’s explicit authorization through Login with Amazon. We use it to:

• Retrieve the seller’s own product listing content — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and product attributes — so the tool works from accurate source material
• Retrieve product type definitions, so generated copy conforms to the field limits and attribute schema Amazon requires for each product type
• Retrieve catalog data for the seller’s own ASINs to provide category context
• Submit listing updates back to Amazon only when the seller has explicitly approved a change and instructed us to apply it

We do not request or hold restricted roles. We do not access order data, buyer names, shipping addresses, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information.

Data Handling

• We access only the Amazon selling accounts of sellers who have authorized Quark Marketing directly
• Amazon listing data is used only to generate and apply listing improvements for the same seller it came from
• We do not sell, share, resell, or license Amazon data to any third party
• We do not use Amazon data to train AI models
• Sellers can revoke our access at any time from Seller Central, and can request deletion of their stored data at any time
• Access is limited to internal team members supporting the service

Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to end users. The service sits behind Cloudflare for traffic filtering and DDoS protection. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized team members, and we maintain an incident response process for suspected data incidents.

Business Model

Quark Marketing is a subscription software service for Amazon sellers. Sellers connect their own Amazon selling account and pay a recurring subscription fee for access to the listing optimization tool. We are not a data broker, and we do not monetize seller data in any form.
